A delicious smoothie to increase focus and optimize the brain with loads of antioxidants, healthy fats, amino acids, minerals and fiber. Perfect for those with ADHD or anyone wanting to increase focus and attention.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 c. non-dairy milk

• 1 T. walnuts

• 1 scoop grass-fed vanilla whey

• 1 T. flaxseeds

• 1 t instant coffee

• 1 t. cacoa

• 1 T. MCT oil

• 1/2 c frozen dark cherries

• ¼-1/2 ripe avocado depending on how thick you like it
