Asparagus Spring Soup

Ingredients:
1 bunch organic asparagus (woody ends snapped off)
1 bulb organic fennel (fronds removed, cut into wedges)
1 organic garlic, (cloves, minced)
2 tablespoons organic shallot
2 cups organic chicken bone broth (more or less depending on desired consistency; prefer Kettle & Fire or another frozen brand)
1 teaspoon sea salt & black pepper (to taste)
1/2 organic avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
Directions:
Steam fennel bulb and asparagus until fork ready.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
