Salmon Lettuce Wraps

The perfect lunch, with a balance of sweet and spice and a hefty dose of brain-loving, inflammation-fighting omega 3s.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Canned Wild Salmon, drained (I like Wild Planet brand)

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Organic Cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 Organic Cucumber, diced

  • 1/8 Red Onion, diced

  • 1/2 head Green Lettuce separated into leaves and washed (or collard greens with stem removed)

  • 2 tbsps Coconut Aminos for dipping

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha to taste


Directions:

In a bowl, combine the salmon and avocado mayo. Spread mixture on lettuce leaves or collard greens. Top with cucumber, cilantro, red onion, and sriracha to taste. Wrap as best as you are able. Dip in coconut aminos and enjoy!
