Anti-Inflammatory Spice Blend

Spices have been used for centuries for their medicinal, healing properties. Generously use this spice blend to season all of your summer grilling delights! It has loads of flavor and also is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory support.


Ingredients:

  • 1 t turmeric

  • 1 t dry mustard

  • 2 T cumin

  • 2 T curry powder

  • 2 T chili powder

  • 1 T allspice, ground

  • 1 T black pepper

  • 1 T ground cinnamon (Ceylon preferred)


Directions:

Mix together all ingredients. Store in an airtight glass container. Makes enough to season 5 pounds of chicken or pork. Also great for sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and acorn squash.
