Pumpkin Hummus

This easy pumpkin hummus is perfect for fall and takes only 5 minutes to whip up! Pumpkin is a powerhouse source of Vitamin A, an important immunity booster. You will want to incorporate this into your weekly routine!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin

  • 2 cups chickpeas (cooked, drained, rinsed)

  • 2 garlic cloves (more or less based on flavor preference)

  • 1 1/2 tbsps lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (more or less based on flavor preference)



Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients together except the olive oil in a food processor. Start blending and slowly pour in the olive oil until a creamy consistency forms. Enjoy!
