Easy No-Sugar Hydrating Popsicles

Pass along the summer popsicle tradition – now with electrolytes!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick pack LMNT Watermelon Salt

  • 1 can (12-14 oz) full fat coconut milk

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries


Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Pour into popsicle stands.

  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

  4. Enjoy!
